About a 10 minute drive to Unionville and Markville Mall, 15m to Rouge National Urban Park and Angus Glen Golf Club. 20m to Toronto Zoo. about 30m to Downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. Many parks near by, enjoy picnics, Trails or Bike Trails.

Summary: The property is nice, however I have the following concerns: 1) I booked a property with the understanding it can accommodate 5 people as it stated "Sleeps 6". When viewing details of total cost, I saw an extra guest fee. I inquired and the property owner stated there is a fee when you have over 4 guests. My suggestion is to state up front, can accommodate, however there is a charge for over 4 guests. I wonder why the extra charge as there are 3 bedrooms that easily accommodates more than 4 people. 2) After booking, the property owner sends an email stating there is a parking fee of $10 CAD per day. Again, this was not disclosed up front. Prior to arrival, I was thinking the property may be an apartment and there is a parking garage. Upon arrival I see the property is a house, and has a driveway. It's difficult to see the justification for access to the driveway when I'm renting access to the property. Nevertheless, I paid as requested, but again, it would have been better to know ALL fees associated with the stay up front. 3) There were only bath towels provided; no hand towels nor washcloths. Also no dish soap provided in the kitchen. So I left those items as a parting gift.
